The tasks:

  • collecting offers, record preparation,
  • preparing notices, letters, resolutions, correspondence, contracts, etc.,
  • archive documentation,
  • property rounds,
  • participation in residents meetings,
  • property controlling.

  • students study part-time or last year of full-time study specialization related to real estates,

We are looking for people with several years experience in a similar position.

The most important task:

  • current property administration,
  • verifying and annotate invoices
  • verification of accounting assignment,
  • verification execution of business plans,
  • supervision of service providers,
  • preparing ads, letters, resolutions, notices, correspondence, contracts, business plans, reports, etc.,
  • current contact with residents and Management Board,
  • on call duties in the property.


  • university degree,
  • experience in property management,
  • theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of property management,
  • computer skills, particularly MS Office and the Internet,
  • ability to learn fast,
  • pleasing disposition and ability to patiently listening,
  • full autonomy in solving problems, accuracy,
  • high availability.

We are looking for people with several years of experience in a similar position and proficient use of the SŁONIE program.


  • keeping comprehensive records of Housing Communities settlements, developers periods, tenants and owners (rent resources),
  • record residential community accounting documents,
  • calculation and settlement of advances supplies, media and investment and renovation funds,
  • enter and update state of media meters,
  • individual media billing,
  • control and carrying out debt collection (notices, phone, e-mail),
  • reconciliation and explanation of non-compliance analytical and synthetic contractors and owners account balances,
  • preparing financial statements according to individual needs a property manager for Housing Communities,
  • introducing transfers to the banking system,
  • settlements with inland revenues,
  • keeping owners records,
  • cooperation with managers and administrators of buildings,
  • analyze of economic plans implementation,
  • execution of annual reports.


  • minimum 3 years experience in Housing Communities bookkeeping,
  • familiarity of SŁONIE accounting program,
  • university degree in economics (Accounting, Finance, Management or related),
  • very good knowledge of MS Office,
  • ability to work independently and commitment,
  • initiative in action, communication skills,


  • driver’s license,
  • property manager license,
  • references,
  • MF certificate.

We are looking for candidates to emerging division of real estate brokerage.


  • theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of real estate brokerage,
